League Of Legends

     Ok If your looking for a really addicting free real time strategy game, then League of Legends is your game. (LoL for short) I was introduced to this game from a friend being a little turned off to the fact that it was free. I thought since it was free that means it was going to be bad gameplay and with bad graphics. Man was I wrong! This is really addicting in both the good and bad way. This game is actually base off of DOTA. For any of you who don't know what DOTA is its a game within a game. A game scenario made in of Warcraft 3. There is even a famous song made for this game by Basshunter

     So its pretty much easy to pick up. You play in games either 3v3 or 5v5 and your objective is to destroy their Nexus. only thing thats stopping you is the other team and defense turrets. Before you play you have to chose a champion. Now each week their are about 7 champions you can choose for free and I rotates each week. They do this so you can try them out until you find the right one you like. You can have a champion that is a tank, meaning he has allot of health and can take allot of damage, DPS (damage per second) meaning that you can do allot of damage, mage and allot more to choose. Each champion has their own abilities and ultimate attack. Currently their are 62 champions to choose from and the number keeps growing.

     Their are as of right now 2 maps one for 3v3 and one for 5v5. in the 3v3 their are 2 columns to get to the Nexus and 5v5 their are 3 columns. in these columns their are turrets that defend. When the game starts you have 30 seconds until minions spawn. You start every game with your champion as level . The highest level is 18. In between the columns there is forest area where you can go to one column to the next. In the forest there is neutral creatures you can kill. Some have special buffs to give you when you kill them. So you kill either the creatures or the other teams minions to get experience to level up your champions. You also get gold which you can buy items to help your champion. They give you recommendations on what to buy for that champion, but I you really know how to play your champion you will know other weapons to go for instead.
     If you kill the other teams champion you get allot more gold than a minion and allot more experience. Their all kinds of strategy you can do in this game. You can get all the players to go in one column and kill one of their champions when one of them goes out and your all hiding in a bush. You can just kill creatures from level 1 and try to become a much higher level in less time and overpower you enemies. Or you can farm minions for gold.
